A big thank you to all who came to the annual meeting. Unfortunately, we didn't meet our quorum amount for an official vote tonight.

 

The HOA board will send out an electronic vote to all homeowners soon, with the PROS and CONS of neighborhood trees.

 

For the next year's HOA Board we will have the following members:

President - Allen Goldbeck

2 acting vice presidents - Mark Hagel & Larry Vargas

New acting treasurer - Mary Webber

 

We also are going to have a new website recorder - Nancy Patton, and a new CC&R officer.

 

We have a new person to welcome all new homeowners to the community - Pam Pulioff
